Syncora ("we", "us", or "our") operates a WhatsApp-to-Slack messaging bridge. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

We collect the following information when you use Syncora:

• Company name and email address provided during onboarding
• Slack workspace name, team ID, and bot access token
• WhatsApp phone numbers of your end users
• Message content routed through the bridge (text and media)
• Message timestamps, delivery status, and direction (inbound/outbound)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To route messages between WhatsApp and Slack in real time
• To maintain conversation history and message logs
• To send activation and onboarding emails
• To identify and map contacts to the correct Slack workspace
• To improve and maintain the service

3. Data Storage

All data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a secure cloud provider. Message logs, contact mappings, and credentials are stored securely with access restricted to authorised personnel only.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

Syncora integrates with the following third-party services:

• Twilio — WhatsApp message delivery. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Slack — Message routing and workspace integration. Subject to Slack's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery. Subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
• Render — Cloud hosting provider. Subject to Render's Privacy Policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain message logs and contact data for as long as your account is active. If you deactivate your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at noreply@syncora.one.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, secure storage of API keys and tokens, and restricted access to production systems.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the service
